What languages do the agents speak?
At the moment we only support English. Other languages like German and French may follow in the future.
Do you provide more chatters and a longer duration?
Yes, we can provide a max of 20 chat agents per stream and a longer duration, but for that you need to submit a custom request and we will provide you a custom quotation. The longer the duration you require, the price goes down and you get a discounted price. For longer duration, you can discuss your streaming schedule with us and our agents will be on your stream as per that time.
What happens if the chatters time expires and I am still streaming?
Our chat agents start leaving the chat one by one after the time expires, instead of all leaving at once, so it looks natural. But if you are planning to continue the stream, you can place another order and our chatters will extend the duration.
